1. Booking Requests
Submitting a booking request does not confirm an appointment. Every request is personally reviewed, and appointments are confirmed only after written confirmation and receipt of the required deposit.

2. Deposits
A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment if
sufficient notice is provided and rescheduling is approved.
Failure to attend an appointment or late cancellations may result in the loss of the deposit.

3. Pricing
All prices are provided individually based on the size, placement, complexity and estimated duration of the tattoo.
Quoted prices remain valid for a limited period and may change if the design or project scope changes.

4. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their health, medical conditions and allergies before the appointment.
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirements applicable in your country and are legally able to receive a tattoo.

5. Copyright
All artwork, designs, photographs and content displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of NEROS TATTOO unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Designs may not be copied, reproduced or tattooed by another artist without prior written permission.
